Denmark and China have been having business relations for more than 200 years and a lot has happened since the first Danish ship arrived at a harbour in China in 1676. This has lead to the successful opening of many stores with Danish products and brands - such as Jack&Jones, Vero Moda, BoConcept and HTH Kitchens. But it is not only in the area of consumer products that Danish companies experience an increase in business opportunities and demand. Companies in shipping, machinery, furniture, energy production, food industry and many other fields experience a strong growing demand and several companies have decided to open stores or offices to promote Danish products locally - often in cooperation with a Chinese partner.
