In the South Denmark region there
are a number of knowledge-centers and
centers of competence and they focus
on creating interaction between enterprises
and the knowledge and experience gathered
in these centers. The centers often
have a chosen focus area or industry
of expertise, in which they work to
assist in the transfer of knowledge
between the center and among enterprises.

The Engineering/Technology Faculty at
the Flensburg University of Applied
Sciences and the Mads Clausen Institute
at the Syddansk Universitet in Sonderburg
have formed the CPD with the aim of
assisting enterprises in the region
of Schleswig- Sonderjylland with their
technical expertise. The support offered
by CPD includes such activities as consultancy
and advice, technical services, further
training and the execution of research
and development projects.

Private companies and public sector
partners work together in Green Network
to achieve greater sustainability
in the fields of environment, social
commitment and occupational health
and safety.
Since Green Network was set up in
1994, more than 250 companies and
public institutions in collaboration
with the municipalities and the Region
of Vejle have actively worked together
for greater sustainability.

The institute carries out sector
research in logistics and freight
transport. The primary business areas
are analysis and optimisation of freight
transport chains and investigation
and description of the development,
requirements and options in the transport
sector. The institute was established
in 1989 initiated by public and private
parties. The institute is as an independent
foundation.

based organization with a main purpose
